Dear Professor,
I won't be able to attend today's session so I'm sending an e-mail instead:
I am working on the LNDb challenge for nodules segmentation, and I am testing a network I found in a scientific paper, the iW-Net (https://github.com/gmaresta/iW-Net)
However, I have an issue while trying to download the required packages in the requirement.txt file with pip install. I also tried to do it directly on google colab, but still the downloading is never completed as it doesnt find some packages, I tried after installing the conda environement and executing
!while read requirement; do conda install --yes $requirement; done < requirements.txt
but he still doesn't find all the packages. In the requirements.txt a specific version is required for each package and there is no specification on which channel I should use in the git repository that would respect all those requirements.
I have been working on this issue for a few weeks now, and I found no aswer that works
Thank you in advance for your help,
Ghita Ait Ouhmane
